Major Lloyd GeorgeReserve stocks of coal have been established by my Ministry throughout the country, with a view to making additional provision for consumers unable to hold sufficient stocks. It has not been found necessary to provide local authorities with additional reserves. There is considerable stock of reserves of coal to meet consumers needs within reasonable distance of Bournemouth.
