§ Mr. BevinI am ascertaining the number of sub-committees which are functioning throughout the country and will communicate with my hon. and gallant Friend. The constitution of the subcommittees is the same in respect of all sections of the distributive trades and provided a quorum of three members is present a sub-committee can reach a conclusion without any such condition as suggested in the last part of my hon. and gallant Friend's Question.
