§ Mr. E. BrownSince 31st March, 1931, 49 urban districts and 63 rural districts have been created, and 205 urban districts and 230 rural districts have been abolished. The names of the districts concerned, the dates on which the changes took place and other particulars are given in the annual reports of the Ministry of Health for the years 1931–32 to 1938–39 inclusive.
