Major Lloyd GeorgeI understand that the emission of smoke, to which my hon. Friend refers, was largely attributable to the direction of the wind on the days in question. Arrangements have been made, however, to change the type of the fuel supplied to this establishment, and this will, it is hoped, prevent any recurrence of the incident.
