Mr. Rostron Duckworthasked the Minister of Labour whether, taking the last return of wholly unemployed women and girls, 36,226 in number, of whom only 1,146 were classified as being unable for good causes to transfer to another area, he can state the reason why the balance of 35,080 are unable to obtain work on transfer?
