§ Captain BalfourProvision is made for the payment of expenses incurred by units of the Air Training Corps in travelling to R.A.F. stations or to camp. As for the expenses of individual cadets proceeding to their units, I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply given yesterday to my hon. Friend the Member for Canterbury (Sir W. Wayland).
