§ Mr. LawThe Trans-Persian railway has only recently been completed, and is therefore unlikely to require reconstruction on a large scale. A United States mission has now arrived in Persia to examine how United States aid to our war effort in that area can best be provided. The improvement of communications in Persia will naturally be one of the questions which the mission will consider.
