§ Sir A. Knoxasked the Secretary of State for War whether as late as 29th October a certain cavalry regiment in France had still only a single blanket per man; and whether all troops in France have now received an adequate supply?
§ Mr. Hore-Belisha; The active service scale of blankets is one a man, but each man in the British Expeditionary Force is to have two. An ample supply has been sent to France, and every man should now have a second blanket.
