§ Mr. Hore-BelishaInstructions have been issued to the effect that men who offered themselves for enlistment in the Territorial Army before 27th April, but whose enlistment was not proceeded with on the ground that they would be liable for service under the provisions of the 2531W Military Training Bill, should be notified that, if they enlist within 14 days of the receipt of such notification, they will be regarded as having been accepted for service in the Territorial Army before 27th April.
