§ Sir K. WoodI am aware that the rapid expansion of the aircraft industry has entailed a shortage of these skilled men as compared with the large numbers required. In order to meet the deficiency men are being trained as rapidly as possible at the various contractors' works as well as at the Ministry of Labour Training Centres.
