§ Mr. Viantasked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been directed to the large number of motor accidents which occur during inclement weather when drivers are turning corners and their vision is blurred by the presence of moisture and dirt on the windscreen; and will he, as a contribution to greater safety, issue regulations requiring each vehicle to be equipped with dual windscreen wipers?
