§ Mr. Wakefieldasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the frequent alterations made in connection with traffic regulations and the difficulty that drivers of vehicles have in knowing of the changes that are made, he will consider issuing to drivers when they renew their driving licences details of the changes made during the previous 12 months?
§ Mr. BurginRegulations imposing new general obligations on drivers are infrequent, and adequate public notice of them is given in the Press. I will, however, bear my hon. Friend's suggestion in mind.
