Member for Rothwell; and what abservations he has to make on the points in this resolution?
§ Mr. BurginI have now seen this resolution and have made a large number of inquiries. According to my information, the measures which it proposes are not feasible and appear to have no relevance to the cause of this unfortunate and regrettable accident.
