Mr. Grant-Ferris

Mr. M. MacDonald

A motion condemning and rejecting the Report of the Commission was carried by 34 votes to 14. The majority consisted of 32 Sinhalese, including six Ministers, and two Tamils, while the minority comprised all the other non-Sinhalese members who were present.
