§ Mr. Anstruther-Grayasked the Minister of Transport whether he is now in a position to give a favourable reply to the representations which have been made to him on behalf of residents in Carntyne, Glasgow, that the 30 miles per hour speed limit be re-imposed on that portion of the Glasgow-Edinburgh road which passes through Carntyne?
