§ Mr. BurginThe inquiry was held by Mr. H. Martyn Hooke, Barrister-at-law, who was not accompanied by a technical adviser; the scheme was prepared by the officers of the Kent County Council in consultation with my officers. As at present advised, I do not think it will be necessary to engage consulting engineers. in this case.
