asked the Minister of Labour whether he will state the number of families and/or persons transferred by his Department to the Scunthorpe area from other districts during the last five years?

During the years 1932–36 inclusive, 119 persons from depressed areas were assisted to transfer to Scunthorpe under the Industrial Transference Scheme; during the same period, 96 families were assisted to remove to that area.
