§ Dr. BURGINDuring the first nine months of 1933 the imports of bacon into the United Kingdom registered as eon-sighed from Germany amounted to 1,043 cwts. as compared with 1 cwt. during the corresponding period of 1932. As regards the second part of the question, according to the official German trade returns, the number of live pigs, other than sucking pigs, imported into Germany from Denmark during the first nine months of 1933 was 83, as compared with 1,015 during the corresponding period of 1932.
