HC Deb 02 June 1931 vol 253 c37W
Mr. HAMMERSLEY

asked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been drawn to the fact that in a recent bankruptcy case the fees and expenses came to £380 13s. 7d. in order to get in a sum of £950; and whether he intends to take any steps to reduce the costs of realisation in matters of this kind?

Mr. W. GRAHAM

My attention has not been drawn to the case referred to, but if the hon. Member will furnish sufficient particulars of the case to enable it to be identified, I will have inquiries made.
