Mr. ADAMSONI would refer the hon. Member to my reply to the similar question by the hon. Member for Kincardine1738W and Western Aberdeenshire (Mr. J. Scott) on the 5th instant. I should add that preparations are being made on the basis then indicated with a view to proceeding to the fullest extent that funds will permit.
