§ Mr. MILLARasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he can state the additional sum, beyond the amount originally estimated, which will require to be provided to meet the loss of rates to local authorities in Scotland in respect of lands and heritages which have been held by the Scottish Valuation Courts to be subject to the de-rating proposals contained in the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1929?
