§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEThe terms of reference of the committee already cover a very wide field, and would naturally embrace the broader aspects of banking practice in connection with agriculture, though it will be for the chairman and the committee to decide upon the exact scope of the inquiry which they will undertake.
