§ Mr. DAGGARasked the Prime Minister whether he has received a communication from the Abertillery Urban District Council containing a copy of a resolution dealing with the incidence of the present rating system, with the view of introducing legislation that will have the effect of bringing into being an effective land valuation department so that land valuation could be put in hand; and, in the event of no such resolution having been received, is it the intention of the Government to deal with this matter in the manner suggested?
