Mr. HENDERSONNo such proposal has been received by His Majesty's Government from any other Government, or from the League of Nations itself. I may, however, refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, East (Mr. Mander) in a question addressed to me on the 17th of July last.
