§ Mr. MANDERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Report of the Straits Commission, with reference to the passage of 35 Italian hydroplanes to Constantinople, has been communicated to the League of Nations; and, if so, what action has been taken thereon?
Mr. HENDERSONThe reply to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The Council of the League instructed the Secretary-General to circulate the Report to all members of the Council and signatories of the Convention and also to all members of the League and to the League organisations interested.
