§ Mr. TURNERNo, Sir. The arrangement made at The Hague was quite definite and there has been no change. The hon. Member may be interested to know that a representative of the Italian State Railways is at present in this country making the necessary arrangements for implementing the undertaking given at The Hague Conference by the Italian Government.
