MITCHELL-THOMSONThe original forms of telegrams are retained by the Post Office for periods varying from three months in the case of inland telegrams to 15 months in the case of radiotelegrams. Inspection of telegrams is permitted to the senders or the addressees or by authority of one or other of those persons; and telegrams are produced in Court on service of subpœna.
