HC Deb 25 February 1926 vol 192 c734W
Major COHEN

asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he is prepared to give the ex-service men discharged post-War, and whose claims to disability pension have been rejected, the right to appeal to an independent court against the decision of the Admiralty, similar to the House of Lords tribunals established in connection with claims under the Ministry of Pensions for great War service?

Mr. DAVIDSON

I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply (OFFICIAL REPORT, Column 632) given on the 8th February to a similar question by the hon. and gallant Member for North Portsmouth (Sir B. Falle).
