§ Sir B. CHADWICKThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, and to the second in the negative. I do not know what particular form of legislation the hon. Member has in mind, but on the information before me I see no reason for thinking that the ordinary criminal law is inadequate to deal with offences of the kind in question.
