asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any representations are being made to the foreign Governments concerned in connection with the making up of commodities by producers in foreign countries in imitation of British goods?

Representations are made from time to time as occasion arises to foreign Governments with regard to practices such as those indicated in the question.
