§ Mr. BOWERMANasked the Minister of Transport whether the Report of the official recently inquiring into the complaints made by residents in Malpas Road, Shardeloes Road, and Brockley Road, Deptford, as to the serious damage to house property attributed to the running of motor omnibuses through those thoroughfares has yet been considered; and, if so, what action it is proposed to take in the matter?
§ Colonel ASHLEYThe answer to the first part of the right hon. Member's question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, the roads named in the question do not appear to present any special features which would distinguish them from many other residential roads traversed by omnibuses.
