HC Deb 09 February 1926 vol 191 c887W
Mr. CLARRY

asked the Minister of Transport if he will consider the desirability of requiring chars-a-bane and omnibuses each to carry an efficient first-aid outfit for the protection of the public in the event of accidents?

Colonel ASHLEY

I have already considered this question, but I am not satisfied that the provision of a first-aid outfit on every public service vehicle is of sufficient urgency to warrant a special Regulation, assuming that powers could be obtained to make a general Regulation of this nature.
