§ Mr. MACLEANasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer Whether his attention has been drawn to complaints from many parts of the country that the remission of the duty on tea has not been passed on to the consumers; and, if so, what steps he is taking to secure the result he had in mind when he reduced the duty on tea?
