Mr. GRAHAMWith regard to the first part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the replies given to the hon. Member for Springburn (Mr. Hardie) by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the 29th July. I regret that the original cost of the plant is not available, but if it can be obtained from the accounts for the years 1916–17 without serious labour, I will let my hon. Friend have the figures.
