§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSIt has been arranged for an additional mail for Shanghai to be sent overland, for conveyance from Suez by the fast steamers of the Holt Line. Since this arrangement was introduced early last month, I understand that the inconvenience mentioned by the hon. Member has ceased.
