HC Deb 17 April 1923 vol 162 c1908W
Mr. AMMON

asked the Postmaster-General the amount of the emoluments paid to the sub-postmaster of the Westminster Bridge Road town sub-office; and whether, having regard to the recommendation of the Select Committee appointed by the House of Commons in 1912, he will convert this town sub-office into a branch office?

Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKS

The emoluments at this office, excluding bonus, are about £495 a year. I am not prepared to alter the status of the office at present.
