§ Lieut.-Colonel BUCKLEYThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, in order to avoid delay, full particulars of such contracts are sent by post immediately upon their receipt from abroad to all interested firms who register at the Department of Overseas Trade and pay a small fee. They are also published in the Board of Trade Journal and in the technical Press.
