asked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the observation of Lord Justice Scrutton in the Court of Appeal on the 11th instant as to the absence of facilities afforded by the Board to permit of the service of legal process on the Department; and what steps he proposes to take to remedy the same?

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. With regard to the second part, the Law Officers have now under consideration the steps which should he taken in view of the decision.
