§ Mr. JOHNSTONEasked the Minister of Health whether he intends to introduce a Bill to give effect to the recommendations of the Select Committee on Business Premises; and whether his attention has been drawn to the opinion expressed by the Committee that there should be no delay, in view of the lapse of the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Act, 1920, as it affects business premises and to the fact that the said Act expires one month earlier in Scotland than in the rest of the United Kingdom?
