§ Mr. PERCYasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that there is a strong feeling in the country that the immediate decontrol of building material is of great 1817W importance as a means of relieving unemployment, of bringing down prices, and accelerating housing schemes and private building; and whether the Government endorse that view, and will take steps to effect promptly such decontrol accordingly?
