asked the Chief Secretary whether he is advised that aeroplanes operating on a considerable scale in disturbed districts would be efficient in discovering illicit drilling and in warning against ambushes; and, if so, whether he will consider the advisability of an immediate increase of aeroplanes in Ireland with these purposes in view?
