asked the Chief Secretary whether he has received the report of the military inquiry into the murder of James and Timothy Coffey, of Breaghina, County Cork, on 15th February last?

Mr. HENRY

The finding of the court of inquiry in lieu of inquest in each of these cases was that death was due to gunshot wounds inflicted by some person or persons unknown.

asked the Chief Secretary the result of the police and military investigations into the murder of John Geoghan at Moycullen?

Mr. HENRY

The finding of the military court of inquiry in lieu of inquest in this case was that the deceased was shot during the early morning of the 20th February, 1921, by persons unknown with murderous intent. Further military and police investigations with the view of discovering the perpetrators of the crime are still proceeding.
