asked the Home Secretary if Aleck Weinstock, a Russian, is at present detained at His Majesty's Prison, Brixton; whether he is likely to be deported; and, if so, on what grounds?

It has been decided not to deport this man at the present time, and instructions were given for his release last Wednesday, 28th April.
