§ Mr. MUNROI regret that I am not yet in a position to announce that agreement has been reached as regards the price of the land referred to. I am, however, in personal communication with the Minister of Munitions on the subject, and I shall inform my hon. and gallant Friend of the result at the earliest possible moment.
