§ Mr. HAYDAYasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether he has received a Resolution from the Consumers' Council attached to the Ministry of Food expressing regret that the Agricultural and Fisheries (Councils) Bill does not provide for the representation of consumers on the central and local agricultural councils; and whether he will give this point his consideration?
