Sir ARTHUR BOSCAWENThe Board is at present organised in five divisions—Land, Intelligence, Statistics, Animals, and Fisheries—at the head of each of which is an Assistant Secretary receiving a salary rising to £l,200 a year. Each division contains such officers possessed of scientific or technical qualifications as its work may require. The final administration of all divisions, including fisheries, devolves upon the Permanent Secretary, who is in receipt of a salary of £1,800.
