HC Deb 21 March 1918 vol 104 c1191W
Sir J. BARRAN

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether his attention has been drawn to eases of charging by retailers of prices above the legal maximum for meat and fish; what are the penalties to which retailers are liable for such breaches of the law, and what action he is taking in the matter; and whether retailers are entitled to include as part of the rationed value a charge for the delivery of meat?
