§ Mr. MACPHERSONAs I informed my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Rotherhithe on the 28th February, in answer to a similar question, the arrangements for the issue of meat tickets were devised by the Food Controller. Special tickets will be issued to officers and men returning from overseas to enable them to obtain meat meals during the journey on their way home and on return. The possibility of extending this system to cover the whole or greater part of the leave spent by officers and men is now being discussed with the Food Controller.
