HC Deb 14 February 1918 vol 103 c282W
Colonel YATE

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether his attention has been called to a resolution passed by the Leicestershire Chamber of Agriculture to the effect that the grading of store cattle will in every way be detrimental to the interests of agriculture and the country; and what steps it is proposed to take in the matter?

Mr. CLYNES

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The grading of store cattle is not at present in contemplation.
