§ Mr. PENNEFATHERasked the President of the Board of Trade (1) if he will state the names of the enemy holders of shares in Holzapfels, Limited, the sale of whose shares is being considered by the Board of Trade; how many of the shareholders in Holzapfels, Limited, are only British by naturalisation; what proportion of the shares in that company is held by persons of German birth; and (2) whether Holzapfels are trading as a firm whose capital is all British-owned; and, if so, whether that is strictly in accordance with the facts?
§ Mr. PRETYMANI shall be glad to show the hon. Gentleman a list of the shareholders in Holzapfels, Limited, who are enemies or enemy subjects, and who together hold less than 4 per cent, of the capital of the company. With regard to the other points raised, I would refer him to the answer to his question of the 19th July.
